About rpa robotic automation
Not every legacy system will have an API. Old ERP, government portal, internal desktop system, spreadsheet that no one wants to abandon — in many of these cases the only way to automate is to simulate what a person would do on the screen. That's what RPA is for: the bridge between the world that has an API and the world that still depends on clicks.
When RPA is the right answer (and when it's not)
RPA is the answer when the process is repetitive, structured, high volume and the target system does not allow direct integration. It is NOT the answer when there is an API available (traditional integration is cheaper and more stable), when the process changes every week, or when it involves complex human judgment. We do this honest screening before proposing.

Monitoring and maintenance of robots
A robot without monitoring is a time bomb. We implement structured logs, failure alerts, execution dashboard and response SLA. When the target system changes layout (it happens), we adjust the robot under a support contract, without you discovering the problem from the customer complaining.

+Is RPA better than API integration?
No — API integration is always preferable when it exists. RPA is the alternative for when there is no API or when it is expensive/time-consuming to release. We choose case by case.
+Does the robot break when the target system changes the screen?
Yes, it can break. That's why we deliver with resilient selectors, active monitoring and a support contract to quickly adjust when the portal/ERP changes the layout.
+Do you need an expensive UiPath license?
No. We use an open source stack (Python + Playwright) running on your infrastructure. No monthly fee for the RPA platform — you only pay for development and support.
+Who operates the robots on a daily basis?
They run alone on a set schedule. You can monitor it via the dashboard and receive an alert when an execution fails.
+Is it safe to give the system access to the robot?
Yes, with its own robot user, minimum permissions and safe credentials. Each execution is recorded in the log.
